Delivery

What is the lead time on your concrete pieces?

We currently have approximately a 5-7 week lead time on our products.

Do you deliver your products?

Yes, we deliver our pieces. Our workshop is based in Brisbane but we deliver across Australia.

How much does delivery cost?

The cost of delivery for our other products is based on your location and the concrete piece you are purchasing. Your delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout.

Can I pick up my piece from your workshop?

Yes, collection from our workshop is available upon request. Please contact our team in advance to arrange a suitable collection time.

Clients are responsible for the loading of their pieces into their vehicle or transport. We recommend bringing appropriate equipment, padding, and securing materials to ensure safe transport.

Once the pieces are handed over by our team, the client assumes full liability for the safe handling and transport of their concrete pieces.

How are above counter concrete basins delivered? (excluding the Allegro Concrete Basin & Sonata Concrete Basin)

We use general couriers like Australia Post or Sendle to deliver above counter concrete basins.

Couriers will leave your order at a safe location (Authority to Leave) at the shipping address you provide.

Once your order is collected from our workshop, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. The tracking link will also give you an estimated delivery date.

How are concrete mirrors delivered? (excluding the large Sol Concrete Mirror)

We use general couriers like Australia Post or Sendle to deliver concrete mirrors.

Couriers will leave your order at a safe location (Authority to Leave) at the shipping address you provide.

Once your order is collected from our workshop, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. The tracking link will also give you an estimated delivery date.

How is the Sol Concrete Mirror, Allegro Concrete Basin & Sonata Concrete Basin delivered?

Once your order reaches the nearest delivery depot to the shipping address, our delivery partners will send a text message to the mobile number provided with available delivery dates/times. We kindly ask that customers respond to the message promptly to confirm a delivery date.

Storage fees of $30 inc. GST per week apply if the delivery is delayed beyond the initial notification.

Once scheduled, delivery partners will deliver within the confirmed timeframe and call approximately 1 hour before arrival. Additional fees apply for rescheduling of pieces after time has been set with delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will endeavour to place cartons in a location requested by the customer at the delivery location so long as the area is clear and safe to access.

Please note, some of our concrete pieces will be packaged upside down for weight distribution and delivery purposes. Packaging is to be removed and responsibly disposed of by the customer.

How are concrete pedestal basins delivered?

Once your order reaches the nearest delivery depot to the shipping address, our delivery partners will send a text message to the mobile number provided with available delivery dates/times. We kindly ask that customers respond to the message promptly to confirm a delivery date.

Storage fees of $30 inc. GST per week apply if the delivery is delayed beyond the initial notification.

Once your order reaches the nearest delivery depot to the shipping address, our delivery partners will send a text message to the mobile number provided with available delivery dates/times. We kindly ask that customers respond to the message promptly to confirm a delivery date.

Storage fees of $30 inc. GST per week apply if the delivery is delayed beyond the initial notification.

Please note, some of our concrete pieces will be packaged upside down for weight distribution and delivery purposes. Side and coffee tables are typically packaged with recycled material (e.g. MDF Board and nails). Packaging is to be removed and responsibly disposed of by the customer.

How are concrete dining tables delivered?

The delivery and installation service provided with Blend's dining tables includes the placement of items in the location requested by the customer so long as the area is clear and safe to access. Additional fees may apply.

This service is only to the Ground Floor of residence unless alternative arrangements have been advised and confirmed in writing to Blend Concrete Design. Additional fees may apply.

This service excludes the moving of existing furniture

Once the order reaches the nearest delivery depot, Blend's delivery partners will send a text message with available delivery dates/times to the customer.

Blend asks that the customer responds promptly to confirm a preferred delivery date.

Storage fees of $99 inc. GST per week apply if the delivery is delayed beyond the initial notification.

Once scheduled, delivery partners will:

  • Deliver, fully install the dining table, and remove all packaging/rubbish.
  • Ensure proper placement in the space.

What are some other important considerations for installation?

Please ensure the dimensions of the furniture are able to be installed I.e. ensure tables can fit through doorways required to pass through to reach the installation location. 

Please ensure clear and safe access for delivery, especially considering the size and weight of the table.

Standard installation is for ground floor delivery. If additional handling is required (e.g., stairs, tight spaces, or special equipment), extra charges may apply.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

Blend cannot offer returns in the case of a change of mind or natural variations in product colour or finish. Please see our full returns policy here.

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty on online products?

Yes, we warrant to our customers that the goods will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 24 months after the date of delivery on the proviso the goods are used in the manner and under the conditions for which it was created by Blend.
