Spanning 90 hectares, the Younghusband Development—a contemporary mixed-use precinct in Kensington, Melbourne—has been masterfully designed by the esteemed global architectural firm Woods Bagot.

This project is transforming the site into a vibrant destination village, seamlessly blending office and retail spaces within a thriving, climate-ready, carbon-neutral precinct. Custom concrete bathroom vanities, crafted in the rich Merlot colour, are designed to perfectly complement the building's reimagined form. This project stands as a testament to the power of preserving heritage while breathing new life into its future.
