Waste size explained
Blend’s basins have a 46mm waste hole which is compatible with 32mm or 40 mm wastes.
This waste size is consistent across our basin range, including pedestal, wall hung, and surface mounted designs.
Always refer to your basin’s specification sheet to confirm dimensions before buying tapware.
Protection from Staining & Scratching
Blend Concrete Design’s concrete basins are easy to clean and maintain. Blend applies high-quality sealants to protect its basin from staining and scratching. To avoid any damage to the sealer, we recommend you clean your basin regularly with a non-abrasive cloth and a gentle water-based cleaning product.
Understanding the material
Fibre Reinforced Concrete (FRC) is a lightweight, durable material that offers higher strength and flexibility than traditional concrete.
Just like stone or natural timber, fibre reinforced concrete is a natural product and features unique, natural and raw textures and tonal qualities. Air pockets, colour variation and natural patina are distinctive qualities of concrete. These characteristics should be celebrated - they make your concrete piece unique to you.
